for all reservations accepted by them for hunting and/or fishing,

Owners of Motel Restigouche Outfitters (Planning Retirement)
Three generations of Dubй`s since 1906 have operated the
Motel Restigouche in Matapйdia. The present owners, Pete
Dubй president, and Gilles Dubй, vice president, both with
the business since 1962, are planning their retirement after
forty-two years of loyal service with the establishment.
Pete has one son, who is not interested in the business
and Gilles has no children. Thus selling the business is
the only option.
Information about the business
The Motel Restigouche is built on the riverfront at junction
of prestigious Matapedia and Restigouche Rivers, on a four
acres lot. The building has 38 rooms, one dinning room,
(seats 56) one large conference room, (seats 250) a lobby,
bar, laundry room, and a house next to the lodge. The main
building was constructed in 1972, with an interior corridor
connecting all rooms and has been very well maintained since
its construction.
Motel Restigouche is a prosperous business, enjoying an
escalating tourists, anglers and hunters clientele.
